Framing has come a long way in the last week. Trusses are expected this next week.
Week 16 – Framing Continues
Week 15 – Framing Started
Framing of the house has started. The goal is to have the majority of the structure framed by the end of the week.
Week 14 – Pad Poured and Ready for Framing
Foundation pad has been poured and is ready for framing. Framing will start as soon as the lumber is dropped on Wednesday or Thursday of the week of 09-22-2025 (or this week).
Week 11-13 – Covering / Wrapping Pipes and Clearing Pad for Pour
All rough plumbing has been covered with quarter minus and wrapped and has passed inspection. After passing inspection, pipes have been covered and now the pad is being cleared of excess dirt and ready for slab pour which included compacting the dirt and covering with AB. Pad should be ready for inspection next week with the slab pour to follow.
Week 9&10 – Filling Stem Walls
Inspection for stem walls passed and walls have been grouted. Rough plumbing has passed inspection. Shading over plumbing inspection is next. Then lot will be leveled and ab will be added and compacted making it ready for foundation and footing pour.
Week 8 – Block for Stem Walls
Block for stems walls have been added with inspection shortly.
Week 7 – Block Stem Walls
Footing stem walls being built. Once steel has been place they can be inspected and then grouted prior to slab pour.
Week 6 – Pouring the Footings
After 2-3 weeks of very hard digging in hardpan, the footings for the house foundation and walls were poured this week.
